Abstract

In recent years infant formulas have shown an evolution in its composition and characteristics, trying to resemble breast milk. The knowledge on their composition is of great interest to the pediatrician given the importance it plays in their medical practices day to day, as well as the importance it represents for the growth and development of the baby.
