Improving Visibility

Dear authors, collaborators, and readers of International Journal of Nutrology

We want to share with our community International Journal of Nutrology' ongoing commitment to improving its international visibility, measured in part by citations received from indexed journals. We recognize that visibility is fundamental to the impact and global reach of our magazine, and we are committed to implementing strategies to enhance this essential dimension of our publication.

We understand that, as a young journal, it is normal to initially have a smaller number of articles cited in journals indexed in Scopus. However, as we grow and publish more editions, we expect to see a substantial increase in the number of citations. We are committed to continually evaluating this indicator and implementing actions to promote an upward trajectory.

We encourage researchers, authors, and members of our community to use Scopus to check the citations received by articles published in the International Journal of Nutrology. If you have access to Scopus, we suggest using the advanced search feature, specifically the REFSRCTITLE field, entering the variant of our journal name in quotation marks. This will provide valuable insights into the visibility and impact of our articles.

To increase our international visibility, we are exploring several strategies, including:

    - Establish partnerships with scientific organizations and research institutions.

    - Participate in relevant conferences and scientific events.

    - Update and optimize our social media advertising practices.

    - Encourage international collaborations and article submissions from different regions.

We value input and feedback from our community. We encourage authors, reviewers, and readers to share suggestions and ideas to improve our international visibility.

We are committed to raising the profile of the International Journal of Nutrology by ensuring that our articles reach the widest possible audience and contribute significantly to the advancement of medical science and health on a global scale.

We thank you for your continued collaboration and support of our journal.

Yours sincerely,

Dr. Idiberto José Zotarelli Filho, MSc. Ph.D., Postdoctoral
